Return Policy Books and other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by calling Susan Lingo Books prior to sending the returned items (1-970-203-0375). Returns must be in original condition, free of damage, stickers, and marks. Damage or shipping errors must be reported within 30 days. A copy of the original invoice with returned items indicated or the original invoice number must accompany returns. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and for the package until it is received in our warehouse. A credit memo will be issued following acceptance of returned items.
